Effective from 1 June 2014, Penang Local Government Fee imposed on all hotel guests in Penang and the rates vary according to the type of hotel the guest is staying in. RM3.00 will be charged per room per night for 4-star and 5-star hotels and RM2.00 will be charged per room per night for 3-star hotels and below. This amount is to be collected by the Hotel, on behalf of the RMDC upon check-out. *Local Council Tax will be exempted from July 1 to December 31, 2020.* ========================================================= You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Extra bed and baby cot is not available in this hotel. ========================================================== A mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guests. This is imposed by Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMDC) effective from September 2017. This amount is to be collected by the Hotel, on behalf of the RMDC upon check-out. I stay at family room. The room is big, facing menara komtar. The parking is limited, but because I came in weeday, its not a problem. Overall, I like this hotel.

This hotel location is awesome, left side of the hotel is closer to foodcourt"new work space"and any other signature cafe worth to try. The right side of the hotel is closer to any chinese cuisine and watson as well. Yes, you can reach them both by walking distance. The hotel itself is cozy and the staff very friendly. Surely will come back to stay here. Thank you summer tree ♥.

The location is very near to Jalan Malaister, which is lots of Malaysian Chinese street food. It is very near to go somewhere. Clean room with coffee and tea provided.

Day 1 and day 2 no problem, everything is fine. Day 3 the hotel have problem with water, so 1 hotel all guests have no water in shower. Its very bad, we can not use the bathroom.

The family room we picked was even better in reality than in the picture. The room amenities the hotel provides were superbly beyond our expectations. The lobby was cozy and there were a dining counter and microwave ovens for both halal and non-halal food. The staffs were friendly and helpful. There were two washing machines and dryers, but too bad there were no token left at the reception. We will definitely recommend this hotel and be really happy to return to it whenever we come to Georgetown again.
