In line with the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) has been established to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other contaminants into the pool. We are STRICTLY ADVISED our guests are compulsory to wear swimming attire at the pool area and proper gear for the gym. We encourage our guests to practice social distancing and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at our Property.
Effective 1st March 2022, guests are require to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Overall is good. Only during my check in, one of the receptionist who handle the process is unpleasant. We ask if we can get a queen bed for our room, but she keep highlighting on the same thing like ocean view room and different price which is not answering our question. She 's not even friendly even worked as frontliner of the hotel. Bad experience for me.

Great location and its by the beach! Depending on the period, it can be quite peaceful for couples. During School holidays the hotel can be chaotic with water puddles everywhere. The room is clean and comfortable. Especially like that its a smoking friendly hotel.

Semua OK. Breakfast sedap please tukar kalau buat nasi tomato gunala beras panjang dan ada rasa tidak hambar. Bubur air guna la air kaldu jadi sedap. Untuk cake roti dan bakery semua sedap. I love the view from my room at 27 floor

I booked a sea view room with high expectations, but the aircon really is not cold, I am literally sweating.
