Itβs our second time staying at Weil hotel. Very good location, next to a shopping mall and close by to makan joints. Hotel Service is really good... starting from check-in to check-out. Stay was very comfortable, staff polite & professional... overall experience was awesome. Will definitely stay here again when I next visit Ipoh!! And recommend friends as well!!!

This was my 10th stay at WEIL hotel. Nothing to argue, except it was a very pleasant stay. The room as usual. Very clean. The staffs were all friendly. And the breakfast at tiffin was marvelous. This is the only hotel that keep me want to check-in every time I visit ipoh.

Really nice this hotel. Breakfast also delicious & have white coffee for breakfast time. Room are clean & have snacks for guest. Bathtub quite nice.

I stayed in weil hotel for many times. However, the bathtub that I stayed the most recent had leaking problem. Hotel related party has to check on the bathtub.

Overall a bad experience. Hotel need refurbishing. Staff attitudes stinks. Outdated Covid rules regarding face masks and gloves in the hotel. It was the only hotel I stayed in Malaysia that had stupid rules requiring guests to use plastic gloves while at the breakfast buffet. I refused to wear them as most of the staff wasn't wearing gloves. Food was cold most of the time when there was food. Concept floor lounge food wasn't topped up. I went to get some food at 6.30pm and it was all gone, found a staff member and asked for more food and he told me to ring reception to request food, well don't advertise free food for concept floor guest between 5 and 7pm if you can't provide the service.
