Receptionist was so helpful, best western located near the airport and provide free shuttle bus which is very useful! 💕. The view is amazing! 🙆🏻♀️

The Room 816 was not as we expected(the pictures provided by the traveloka), old creepy furniture and the air conditioner's not working that we called the front desk for technician (non speaking English one) to fix the ac. It was quite disappointing.
