The Splash Koh Chang

Good service, good place for family. We can enjoy swimming pool and sea.

We had a pleasant stay. My daughter loved the swimming pool. This is one of the best resort to stay in Koh Chang if you are a family with young kids. The resort has a beach and breakfast was nice too. The only thing I didn't really like was that unlike most other resorts, they are pretty strict with the kids ' age for breakfast and they asked, the resort said their policy-4 yrs old and up, kids need to be charged for breakfast. I mean how much food do young kids in general eat really. I think the resort should re-evaluate the age limit. Move it up to 7, otherwise we'd rather not take the breakfast option because it's not worth it. Our daughter is 4 and when told about the extra charge. I raised my eyebrows and I said that's expensive for a 4 year old (I don't remember exactly maybe it was supposed to be around 700 baht+ at least) and the manager took that and she said, okay for free just this time around as a gesture, so that saved the experience a little bit. Daughter did eat. 2 sausages that morning that was it, she was a bit fussy that day. So knowing that I almost got charged that much for that amount of food she had, yeah, nope. Next time most likely won't take breakfast option and will go have breakfast at nearby restaurants instead. Overall though, nice stay, recommended!

The staff are very good, from reception to porters. You can also ask the staff to call a taxi from the hotel.

My child likes it very much. He cries and wants to stay. Playing in the water is extremely fun. The rooms are clean, the staff provide good service, the beds are soft and the pillows are very soul-sucking. I'll bring the kids again during the school break.😆 Out of 10, I'll give it 100💋
