This is the first time staying at this hotel, it went Good until it get very noisy in the evening til midnite. I almost can't sleep the whole night cause of the noise. You gotta do something about it cause its really annoying.

Some facility doesn't worked well (side-bed lamp, deposit box seems broken with the partition), narrow room and restaurant, In-room service is slow response and I paid high price for the room I don't want (not smart view type) no solution at all. Better next time, notified the guest earlier so the guest won't be disappointed. Overall the food is nice and comfy bed.

The Room is clean and staff very friendly and fast respon. Menu Breakfast is OK, but the lobby not AC or Fan so little bit hot kalau sarapan.

Overall the hotel gives good services. But I experience the AC in my room 502 did not function well, I still feel hot, even at 16 oC. The food for breakfast seems not different from day 1 to day 4.
