Hotel need to be upgrade especially the room services, should had a mini freezer if any guest want to store their personal food/food from restaurant. The receptionist area was hot less air conditioner supply should need to be upgrade in future. Overall the food provided is good, the staffs are friendly.

Windows view is corridor, no fresh air and sun shower. All inside the building. AC was good, but the toilet odor was bad. Seem that like aging food or sewage odor. Good location, in the center of crowd.

Happy to stay here, close to everywhere, breakfast has lots of variety, the hotel and rooms are clean, and the employees are friendly and very helpful.

Actually won't complain because the hotel location is really strategic, integrated to shopping mall. However, cleanliness should be prioritized thoroughly. There 's many tiny cockroaches in the room.

First room give wrong. Door not working. Room is old. Although bed good and clean. Breakfast is not enough varieties. Only local Indonesia taste. Difficult to find entrance. Worst is last day. I requested for late check-out. But first time ended paying. $ 20. I have overweight luggage. I ask for help or contacts for transporter. They said don't have. Not staying there again.
