car parking is on basement, it's safe & the security is having a good hospitality. lobby & lift have a good smell of herbal like lemongrass. room is clean and bed is comfortable. swimming pool on 5th floor helful for us for relaxing

I already spent weekend time here with my husband for couple of times... room of hotel is very clean, hot water in bathroom function well, swimming pool & sauna on 5th floor also help us to relax our time... breakfast also very various menu & taste is delicious... we have a good time while stay here...

I was here several times over the years since 2005 to 2014 and then back again 10 years later in 2024. I was (always) impressed by the hospitality, friendliness of the staff, the quality of furniture (single bed was HUGE) and the variety of food in breakfast menu. The management did a very good job at maintaining the place and the service at such an affordable price. Thank you for not charging lebay like other hotel in Bandung, old or new. Your loyal customer will be back with grateful smile.

Location near train station yet not provide shuttle service. After much fuss the technition said ac kompressor was broken but they fix, I ask other room. After check 3 rooms I settle for the one with rather cool ac, shower very slippery my solution give me rubber mat. Then the shower broken because it really outdated. Nothing can be done theres no spare part. TV lg but the remote changcong. How would one turn off because no remote? Not for me. I would look elsewhere.

Quite nice and comfy. Convenient location if youvwant to reach the downtown. Occasionally you will hear the horn of the train but that ' s not that annoying.

Overall okay. The room was comfortable and spacious. But the AC wasn't cool and the water didn't flow well. For the breakfast was delicious but the variation of the western food was limited. The swimming pool okay.

It was good to stay in here. I have free upgrade from Deluxe to Business because of room full. The food was okay. Swimming pool was not big, so it was not really convenient to swim there. Overall the service was good, but I have 1 more concern about this hotel. It's about the piano which was staying in the lobby but there's a sign that we cannot play the piano. Then why did you put the piano there? I also asked receptionist about the piano and she only said that the owner just didn't want anyone to play the piano.
