This is my go to hotel whenever I am in Batam. The staff is always professional yet with that personal touch, attentive to your needs. The room is neat and tidy. Plus point, the room is not carpeted and hence it is perfect for someone who has sinus/allergy problems like me:).

The facilities from lobby to room was OK. Our big complaint is on the noise coming from the rooftop bar on 8th floor. First we were given rooms on 6th floor and as soon as we got out the lift, we can hear very loud music, so loud we can feel the vibration. It was 9.30pm, we called reception and they said that they will turn down the volume and that the music will stop shortly. After 10mins, we did not feel any change in the noise volume and called again to check when is the actual time that the music will stop and was informed "midnight"! Since there was no way we could have slept with that noise, we asked to move room to quieter floor. We were given rooms on 1st floor, but even on this floor we could still hear the sound. We got upgraded to what they said was their highest level room, but the room smelled very badly of heavy smoke. But we were already very tired and decided to just bear with it. Such a pity, the hotel was otherwise good. But honestly, they should really reconsider opening the rooftop bar till that late if they do not have the proper sound proofing.

1st time visited here. Such an experience spent 1 night after working at this hotel. The breakfast was very good, room service though. Might comeback next time. Thank you staff!
