Pertama turun dr mobil diloby langsung ada staff yang membantu membuka pintu, dan membawakan koper. Langsung ke receptionist disambut dengan ramah dan baik. Proses check in dan check out sangat cepat. Pesanan tambahan yg saya tulis diberikan semuanya. Sarapan enak sekali dan bervariasi, lingkungan bersih dan nyaman. Paling suka kolam renang nya. Krn utk dewasa dan anak terpisah. Hanya satu masukan dr saya. Bangku berwarna orens yg ada dikamar deluxe ada baiknya diganti menjadi bangku yg lebih panjang dengan warna yg natural. Krn bangku orens nya bikin kurang estetik. Hehhe. Over all pasti saya akan balik menginap di aston bogor hotel & resort lagi. Karena saya mendapatkan kepuasan dalam pelayanan dan fasilitas. Terima kasih aston bogor.

Baik banget mas Mario, ngasih free room upgrade di kala peak season lebaran kemarin, bisa baca sinyal banget ketika saya datang check in sama anakβ dan saya tanya kamarnya masih nunggu ya? Tanpa nunggu lama, kunci kamarnya dateng dan dia sampaikan free upgrade room. Keren! Makanannya, ambiancenya semua the best π€.

Lokasi oke, kamar luas dan bersih, pake bathtub. Menu makanan breakfast enak semua dan sangat beragam, banyak aktifitas utk anak2 di pool trutama ada foam partynya, keren lah bikin enjoy dan betah di dlm hotel, parkiran juga luas, very recommended hotel utk staycation.

Menginap 2 malam di sini bener2 puas banget sih. Kids friendly, anak2 seneng ikutan pool foam party, cooking class, en movie nightnya. Bener2 bikin betah banget deh. Kamarnya juga nyaman dan bersih, staffnya semua ramah2. Thanks Aston!

The staffs are friendly and very helpful and fast respond. The hotel has 3 swimming pool (1 kid pool below 100 cm, 1 kind of medium depth ' til 120 cm) and a small playground. Really kids friendly. The bed quite big and I got a ro with a balcony. For the welcome drink they put extras mineral water bottle.
