The hotel staff so friendly and helpfull, the room is very nice, I like the bed and pillow so comfy, clean and neat, the food was great...stay there for one night and when I get back there I can get the same room from the hotel staff it was so great experience..i would like to stay there again if I come to Jambi..

Hotel at the down town of Jambi. I have nice view from my window, great wifi, great breakfast, and I love the restaurant on the roof top with the live music over the weekend.

Sky lounge restaurant food is very bad … tenderloin steak is very bad and we ordered spaghetti carbonara and they bring a bolognese. We brought the waiter and asked him to change and he insisted that it is carbonara. Its a little weird that they cannot identify the difference of both.

Asked for an iron and its iron board, waited for almost 30 mins. Called reception again, and been advised that they are beinf used by other guests. I called again after 20 mins, they came with an iron, but no board. They told me the board had gone missing not sure whi mch guest borrowed it. Waited for another 5 mins, they came back with clothes as a base ofr ironing on the table in the room. The clothes are all stains. A good hotel that cannot afford to have more irons and ironboards!

For a 4-star hotel with the facilities they have- it is way overpriced to me. The room was okay, the service was so-so, overall it was too far from my expectation of Aston hotels. Location-wise, you may add it to the list.
