Receptionist tidak ramah baik saat check in atau check out. Security juga tidak help full kendaraan dibiarkan berlama di depan lobby dan kita yang mau di jemput di lobby disuruh cepat2 padahal space hanya bisa untuk 1 mobil. Kolam renangnya jorok, krn bercampur dengan org luar yang buka menginap di hotel. Kemudian ketika di tanya handuk disampaikan handuk khusus utk pengunjung kolam, untuk yg menginap di hotel disuruh pake handuk di kamar. Yg oke hanya kebersihan kamar, tapi catatan untuk kamar mandinya, ketika shower di gunakan airnya surut lama sehingga tergenang lama. Oya krn ini hotel posisinya di sebelah riau Garden, malam agak berisik dengan suara musik dr sebelah.

Always will be my top of the list during every visit to pekanbaru. The service was splendid, the room was great, having kettle and fridge is great. The hotel itself is greatly positioned, thus plenty options of meal are available within reach. The gym and pool are my favorite but the pool is somehow rather acidic, they need to put a little work on this.
