Masuk gang kecil, lobby hotel di lantai L, tapi check in di lantai PL. Kolam renangnya banyak anak2 yang main (musim liburan) tp sejauh mata memandang isinya asap ROKOK semua. Minta handuk dari kolam renang buat 2 orang cuman dikasih 1 β¦. Kalau gak siap buat musim liburan mending gak usah pasang harga mahal. Di bogor banyak yang lebih murah, I was expecting top tier service. It turned out meh.

1. Mini cool bar tidak berfungsi, padahal kami sudah membeli makanan minuman supaya bisa disimpan di mini cool bar untuk buka puasa. 2. Tidak disediakan dispenser di luar kamar untuk isi ulang botol minum.

Bad check in experience. Datang utk check 16.15 tapi diinfokan room belum ready, setelah sedikit komplain barulah room tiba2 menjadi ready. Don't understand what they were doing with costumer.

Lokasi hotel lumayan agak masuk ke tengah perumahan warga. Kamar bersih dan nyaman, meskipun balkon terbilang mungil. AC dingin nampol lah, kelengkapan prima, pelayanan staff sangat friendly. Tapi kami kecewa dengan berisiknya atap kami jadi tidur lumayan terganggu dengan suara2 langkah orang di lantaii atas kami. Kedua, kolam renang yang kecil dan sepertinya memang hanya untuk anak-anak ya. Ketiga belum tersedia nya Gym padahal di dalam lift ada di dalam daftar directory nya. Roof restaurant lumayan dengan view cakep, 2 gunung. Tapi kok ya ga stabil rada makanan yanh disajikan di hari pertama dan kedua tidak sama π well, over all kami cukup puas. We could have gotten better moments, though.

Pas masuk kamarnya bau banget kaya bau kaos kaki basah dan banyak semut kecil ditembok padahal ga ada makanan, di kasur ada semut kecil jalan 1 ekor, di kamar mandi ada anak cicak mati, di tray minuman ada sehelai rambut. Untuk makanannya sapo tahu hambar, nasgor hambar, soun hambar, kebanyakan lada doang, kue bolunya bau tepung kaya belum full matang, pasta nya soggy (overcook), telor bacemnya enak + Spinach cream Soup not bad. Lift no 4 bau luar biasa, parkir motor bau sampah dan jam malam akses lift di kunci, menyusahkan yg mau late check in, mana ga ada security di P3 dan P2 saat malam. Nb: Housekeeping Standarnya lepas sepatu tanpa tanya dulu

This hotel is really comfortable for us! The room where we stayed was clean. And sahur's buffet have a good taste too! We're really enjoy to stay in BigLand Hotel Bogor. Thank you for a great services!
