Everythink looks nice for four star hotel. But price was rather high almost 1 million IDR for duluxe room. I choose the room for meeting form online agency. Food are good but still expecting more such as international menu such as sushi etc. Staff all great, wide lobby and car parking for medium mvp must ask a help from staff for having more space. Surrounding also excellent, have wide trotoar for pedestrian and many food just on foot.

1. Location is quite ideal as it is close to shopping center and easy to reach.
2. The most interesting for me is comfort in the room. starting with a comfortable bed and pillows, made me sleep well. Similarly, with lighting that we can set according to our wishes. Similarly, the bathroom, the selection of tools that berqualitas so that all the equipment works well.
3. The question of food is unquestionable, both from the variation and the taste is all good.
4. Overall this place is good for anyone who needs comfort to rest while recreation as well as other activities.

Well maintained hotel in strategic area in Bandung, everything was great, clean room, tasty and a lot of food variation served at breakfast. Above All. Great service from all the staff.

1st impression yang tidak baik. Check in process yang lama. Ditambah lagi sudah sore jam stg5 tapi kamar not ready. Ditambah sedang mandi ternyata handuk not ready. Puncaknya adl kloset Dan AC yg harus panggil teknisi. Utk harga yang ckup mahal, ngga worthy. But thanks for the compliment. You better add "love letter" rather than only put a cake without saying something. Atau voucher diskon utk next stay. Itu lbh impactful. Kami pack cake nya dalam wadah (spt di foto) utk kami bawa, will enjoy it later. Appreciating for all the efforts you made. Overall, hotel ini bagus, kamar luas. Area bathroom nya aja yang sempit. Jangan mudah chaos krn sedang peak season.

Staff were friendly and helpful especially Mbak Ariani at front office. Except when I asked for a replacement for hair dryer which mine wasn't working in the room. Food were good. Bathroom hinges has fungus and lots of it. The sofa was very dirty and with lots of dirty spots. Towels smelled like bleach which gave me headache.

Hotelnya bersih bgt, lokasi di pusat kota, variasi makanannya banyak sekali, paling suka dengan lontong sayurnya mantap. Staff hotel juga ramah.
