Sedikit saran, mungkin TV di kamar bisa diupgrade ke smart TV (channel TV juga sangat terbatas), siapkan asbak di kamar untuk smoking room, mini bar di kamar sama sekali tidak dingin tolong diperbaiki. Overall, the room is clean and comfy and the staff are very nice hanya sedikit minor issue yang tidak terlalu menganggu kenyamanan.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we stayed in a lot of hotels since we run a travel business. The staffs are awesome and the comfort of the rooms is exceptional. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.
