The staff hotel are so humble, polite and prompt respon. My reason love this hotel is they have good attitude, we have complain about the dirty bed cover and the staff hotel change to new bed cover instant.

Full Review Pro: - Bathroom is clean enough, have a mirror, bath shower gel and shampoo, full set of amenities including comb - Room clean and tidy - Friendly staff - Have a safe - You can early check-in (i arrive early so I ask staff if I can check-in early) Cons: - Hot water not working - Door handle seems broken since I need some effort to open it - Bed sheet still have some stains, I don't know if it's bloods or food stain - You have to deposit for 100K (staff tells me deposit will not returned if customer uses roon service) which it's not okay for 2-star hotel - No lift, you have to use stairs - Pretty pricey, it costs you 400K rupiah for poorly maintenance Superior Room (gladly I have it for discount) - I don't know if it's safe to park your motocycle since there is no security Conclusion: With all of pros and cons, this hotel is not worth at full price
