Everything was good. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The only complaint is that we had to wait a while for them to get a non-smoking room ready. Also, later that night when we asked for more pillows, we received pillows that smelled like cigarette smoke.

One room key for two persons? The staff said they don't have any spares. The lift need access and if one person stay at the room and another one need to go outside, they don't have access to the lift. AC is leaking. No soap in the bathroom.
