Alat alat olahraga di Gym tidak berfungsi. Ada suara berisik yang cukup keras (mungkin dari AC) sehingga mengganggu istirahat di malam hari. Sprei kasur tidak bersih dan harus minta handuk wastafel dulu baru diberikan.

Ranjangnya kayaknya udah ketuaan, tinggal per nya doang gitu kayak jeglong tengahnya. Trs tiap mau tidur/duduk/gerakin badan/mau bangun dari tidur suara per kasur nya ganggu banget.

It 's was a terrible experience during stay at your hotel. I was req room with no smoking and bring my daughter 3 years old for celebration birthday it 's was clearly mention at my Reservation. They gives me a smoking room with highly smelling cigarettes. And the reception was telling us to wait for 1 hours to get another 's room. I was there around 14:30 it 's a priority to get a check in proper. The minibar wasn't working and just a there for no reason. The breakfast was so good but they had a limited optional menus. One thing I'm still giving through this hotel to more improved it 's just your stay who 's name “Effendy” he 's was incredibly a star for your company. He 's help up to fix the sink and pipes. Was genuinely a pleasure to had him. During we're stayed.

Di satu sisi kami suka dengan lokasinya, di sisi lain soal kebersihan masih sangat kurang, tempat breakfast terkesan sumpek dan kumuh, sempit dan ketika naik ke atas pool areanya becek, lembab, kotor, seperti memaksa harus ada pool. Tolong di perbaiki ya layanannya juga teruta petugas front office 🙏🏻.

Odol sama sikat gigi cuma dikasih 1, padahal 2 malam saya di sini, terus tidak ada pembersihan kamar daily, harusnya ada sekelas hotel. Selebihnya aman.

An hour late for check-in, but management give us compliment. Also the breakfast service take times to serve the food so many times the food is not yet refill.
