Duh diluar expectasi banget sih ini hotel, ditengah kota tapi kotornya yg superr banget. Kita request kamar no smoking area, pas masuk udah bau dan kotor banget kamarnya. Akhirnya minta pindah kamar dapat lah smoking room lebih bersih sedikit (sedikit banget ya) dan. Masih ada wangii sedikit juga. Tapi dimana seharusnya udah ga layak di pakai lagi itu karpet full debu dan kotor di ganti dan di. Perbaiki part2nya apalagi. Untuk tidur butuh kenyamanan dan kebersihan nya. And breakfastnya. Memang berpariatif tapi. Rasanya ga banget dan area restaurant. Bangku ungunya banyak bercak kotoran ga banget intinya. Tapi disini staff nya ramah (tertolong staff servicenya bagus) untk hotelnya udah ga bisa berkata2 apa lagi. Please perbaikin hotelnya karena tempatnya enak banget di braga.

Unfriendly all staff. Inc staff at restaurant when we had breakfast. Valet parking staff Materialistic. The breakfast food was so awful. The only good thing from this place is very strategic that 's all.

The hotel staff took a very long time in providing service, for example when I called to ask for a hairdryer and slippers but only one came and the other one came 5 hours later and I asked why, the elevator was queuing and waiting for a long time for the elevator, it didn't make sense.

Karena lagi libur lebaran jd penuh, check ini antri dan menunggu, staff ramah semua. Kamar kurang bersih, bangunan ada yg rusak. Tmpt ditengah kota di jln braga, enak untuk jln2 keluar.

Letak Mushollah di area Lobby adalah Istimewa. Kami sangat menyukainya,. Untuk makanan sangat beragam, soal rasa relatif enak, apalagi untuk makanan penutup sangat enak dan bervariasi. Terima kasih

Great location but the room, facilities, and service didn't worth the price. The parking area is very small and the valet parking was playing tricked, so we have to paid extra cost Rp50.000 for valet service. Overall dissapointed.
