Saran untuk perbaikan yaitu: 1. Makanan jam 9.30 sudah habis dan Indomie juga sudah habis info nya belum belanja (padahal moment peak season lebaran) 2. Kamar kotor, Kasur sprei kurang bersih, tidak bisa cash hp klo lampu utama mati dan stop kontak hanya 2 (samping TV dan tempat water heater) 3. Fasilitas kolam renang anak terlalu kecil. 4. Kalo malam suara musik club terdengar sampai ke kamar dan kebetulan sy di lantai 5.

I know this is old hotel, but I don't expect the elevator lift not maintain with good care. Me and my young daughter experiencing very bad experience while using one of their elevator lift when going to 1st floor (to parking lot). The elevator lift when get error from 2nd floor to 1st floor by dropping almost half of the level. Then we can not open the door. I try push the emergency button, no one responding me. I keep try to make noise and hit the door with my hands. My 8years daughter get scare and what make me more shock, the elevator try to go up to 2nd floor and in the middle then drop again to 1st floor. I call my wife to asked help, but my wife said the front desk girl do not take serious action immediately. After 2minutes, the door open, no one knows what happened with me and my daughter. I complaining to the staff, they don't know anything, this proofing the front desk girl not informed any other staff with the situation and after awhile one of the staff meet me at the parking lot and tells me that they said our engineers already say halo halo to me when I'm in the elevator. Can you imagine after that situation they try explain that they already say halo halo to me in the elevator? Which I don't hear anything inside the elevator. This is very scary experience and for any family please be careful. I hope no one having this experience again. To hotel Preanger management, please please this is not acceptable. You guys should has SOP for this emergency situation.
