I had the most luxurious and comfortable stay at Grand Hyatt in room 727. I would like to thank mr Fajar in front desk for helping me check in so quickly within 10 minutes. So fast! I’m amazed! The work ethics and the commitment to serve is beyond! Keep up the good work. Also I wanna thank the cleaning team of the room. The room is so gorgeous clean and huge! I hope everything will be back to normal as soon as possible during this hard times. Stay safe and healthy to all

The swimming pool very comfortable, really relaxed, it feels like you are outside the city of Jakarta and the staff is very polite and the service is very pleasant. Our family were happy stay here. Love It

Very exciting. Good facilities, such as jacuzzi, sauna, steam. nice staff engineering to change my smart tv in the room. I will come back soon.

All are excellent, the service are delivered in a high standard of quality. Its all 10 out of 10. But, if I have to provide feedback to increase the greatness, I think you can consider to make the ambiance brighter especially in the living room area and also the glass of the window is quite dirty, it little bit bother the city view. Adding kids club will be good ideas. Last, as a conclusion, I will repeat this experience for sure. Great job!

Had the pleasure to stay here for 3 nights during eid ul fitri and was very pleased with my stay! Love the interior of the hotel and the staffs were friendly and helpful 🏨 ⭐️
