Convenient hotel nearby Pelindo Port of Dumai. Many store and minimarket arround the hotel. Superior room was spacious, I got a room without window for non-smoking room.

When I get a room from the apps, I think the hospitality of the staff from 4star hotel in this city was good, but never it 's very very bad. I and my family waiting for an hour at the lobby only for the room is ready, while I'm starving at that noom 3pm, how imagines. I'm asked to the front office by every 15 minutes, the doorman, that I talk was verybad attitude too. Maybe the next time will never book this hotel more.

Letaknya strategis pusat kota banget. Banyak jualan f&b di sekitar hotel. Jajanan pinggir jalan jg macem2. Jadi gak perlu khawatir nyari kuliner. Wkwkwk 🤩.
