A great hotel to stay at Semarang. Spacious room, good food for breakfast and in room. Dining. The hotel has been renovated, so it feel fresh and new. I and my family will come to stay again in Gumaya.

Senang sekali kami sekeluarga bisa menginap disini selama 2 malam, untuk kebersihan handuk perlu diperhatikan lagi, karna berbau tidak sedap. Tapi ketika kami meminta handuk baru staff hotel langsung sigap dan cepat mengganti handuk baru. Service dan keramahan dihotel ini sangat memuaskan, kamarnya luas dan bersih, Fasilitasnya juga komplit dan sangat mudah untuk kemana-mana.

Dear Gumaya Hotel, I am a bit confused about the food souvenirs offered at the hotel. Initially, I had placed an order over the phone and there was no information about the need for upfront payment before the souvenirs are delivered. Then, when I came to pick up my order two hours later, I was informed that the order for lumpia and tahu bakso should have been paid for in advance. When I was about to pay, I was told that the items were sold out. I think this is not a good practice. I tried to speak with the frontliner but was asked to go to the office to meet with the duty manager. As a customer who has had an unpleasant experience, is it difficult for a hotel as big as this to provide proper confirmation? If you not ready enough to offer any food package better you don't offer it, thanks.

The hotel is quite nice either for family or business trip. The room is spacious and clean. The room decoration maybe a bit old but it doesn't matter to me. The pool is just okay for a five star hotel but my kids love it π. The breakfast is good, I love the croissants and the dim sum. The minus thing for me is the wifi. The internet is very slow π’. Please improve the wifi quality.
