The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

Not bad, good, comfy, clean, but the stuff at the room little bit old, I think, the hotel need renovation, so far overall its okay and worth it for the price.

Booked a king size bed room, but was given a bed with 2 single beds together. It was clearly stated. besides that I was given 2 box of toothbrush set in which one was used.
