Tried 2nd time here and it got better. Breakfast food quality and taste improved; This time around also tried playing video game on the big TV and experience was really great overall. The technician came really fast from our request. We asked for baby crib in our note, thank goodness it was available and the product was clean and in good quality. A family favorite.

Overall good 😊, deposit 500rb (tips siapin cash aja biar nggak ribet), kamarnya bikin kangen kpingin balik lagi, asli baru sampe rumah udah kepengen ke situ lagi, kamarnya luas cocok bgt yg bawa pasukan (anak 3) 😁, peralatan masak ada panci dan penggorengan, pakainya kompor taman, JD agak kurang familiar sih, but it's OK nggak terlalu sulit pakainya, mesin cuci nggak kpake sih, secara cuma 1malem doang kpingin istirahat, siapa juga yg mau nyuci2😁, microwave masih dipakai buat panas2in makanan yg kita pakai dr luar, kalau untuk staffnya ramah2, parkirnya gratis, proses check out agak lama ya, kalau untuk makanan breakfastnya aja yg agak kurang untuk sekelas hotel bintang 4, kurang variatif, lebih cocok di bilang std bintang 3, sereal komplit, ada 5macem sereal, untuk pudingnya arahnya nggak jelas warna nya coklat, tapi rasanya manis aja, nggak ada ke arah coklat atau gula merah, saran saya puding d skip aja, yg saya paling suka nastarnya enak. Untuk breakfast anak2 d bawah umur 12th nambah 1/2harga per anak 80rb.

Nice room clean and complete. All just okay. Not allowed for early check in sadly compare to other 4/5star hotel. Parking lot not bad but ljttle dizzy ifeel. Breakfast so limited menu feels like no4star hotel, thanks anywy.

Good experience while in there, staffs are friendly and helpful, everything seemed like all new or under great maintenance. Exactly looked like in photos. All appliances in the room was surprising because it 's considering very complete (even they provide dishwashing soap and the sponge!). Breakfast was good, but a bit crowded (maybe because the breakfast space is small). All in all, I'd recommend this 100 % and would definitely comeback.

Very recommended for staycation. Pasti akan kembali lagi. Yang agak repot hanya tempat parkir dan kolam renang yg ada area terbatas dengan residential apartmentnya.

Reels kalian di IG ini tidak sesuai, harusnya diinformasikan bahwa pool outdoor hanya untuk apartment, dimana tamu pasti berpikiran hotel ini memiliki 2 pool indoor dan outdoor, dan juga ada kids pool nya, tp kenyataannya kami sebagai tamu hotel tidak boleh berenang disana, dan di pool kalian tidak ada kolam untuk anak2. Playground juga tidak bisa digunakan, seharusnya ini bisa diinformasikan di awal pada saat check in. Ternyata berdasarkan informasi dari guest managernya bahwa playgroung juga fasilitas apartment. Jadi kita tamu tidak memiliki fasilitas apa-apa kecuali pool dan gym. Game room juga, ternyata tidak bisa untuk tamu apartment, seharusnya kalau tidak boleh, di sign board kalian tidak perlu ditulisan game room, karena tamu hotel berpikir bisa menggunakan fasilitas tersebut. Peralatan masak yang kalian sediakan juga tidak lengkap, masa untuk spatula dan sabun cuci piring harus request. Logikanya, kalian kan menyediakan peralatan masak, masa hanya menyediakan teflonnya saja tanpa spatula, masa ga disediain sabun cuci piring, terus tamu gimana cara nyucinya? Terus untuk sponge yang diberikan dipotong 2, seharusnya tidak begitu. Jauh sekali dengan pelayanan serviced apartment lain seperti citadines dan fraser, dimana tamu hotel tetap bisa menggunakan fasilitas yang ada di apartment. Jadi, tidak ada fasilitas yang menarik yang disediakan di serviced apartment ini.
