Holiday Inn Express JAKARTA WAHID HASYIM, an IHG Hotel

Very good experience, overall great place and strategic location.

Nice hotel to visit, walking distance to city and many foods.

. I regret to inform you that my request for a room on a high floor was not fulfilled. Instead, I was allocated a room on the second floor, which happened to be designated for smoking guests. I am perplexed as to why my preference was not accommodated. It is disappointing that despite my specific request, I was not provided with the desired accommodation. This oversight has marred my experience and I hope that such lapses in service can be rectified in the future to ensure a more satisfactory stay for guests.

The location was good! But the hotel can be better. The water heater doesn't work. And the room was a bit dirty, there 's a lot of spot at the carpet. Remember I book this hotel a view year back was soo much better!

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast is great too!

The room was clean, the place are near from everywhere, the servise and the stuf hotel are good, will come back to this hotel for sure.

Hoilday Inn Wahid Hasyim for sure is a perfect place to stay, chill, relax, and feel the great strategic location at the heart of Jakarta. I can go everywhere easily, just a few steps away from Sarinah & found many Batik for daily use, very close to food area and many good places for hangout. For the room, I love it. Very clean & comfy, AC in a good condition. The staffs really helpful. But, so sorry, I didn't like the view from my room (110). The view is just like school building so I can't open the window curtain by night. Overall, I enjoy my staycation at Holiday Inn Wahid Hasyim.
