Sebelumnya sudah pernah menginap disini, jadi sudah tau kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Bahkan sebelumnya saya beri rating 9. Cuma yang kali ini saya sempat kontak via telpon dan WA terlebih dahulu untuk menanyakan soal promo bank Mega. Karena tidak mengerti detilnya, saya diarahkan ke sales manager (Gloria). Yang mengiyakan tapi sayangnya malas2an jawabnya. Terakhir mau menghitungkan terlebih dahulu yang bahkan sampai sekarang tidak pernah ada hitungannya. Aneh juga promo yg sudah ada sejak 1 November 2023 tidak ada seorang resepsionis pun yang tau. Apakah sengaja disembunyikan? Bukankah promo tujuannya juga untuk meningkatkan okupansi hotel juga?

Lokasi Deket simpang lima, disamping ada pizza hut and burger king, seberang ada gramedia, ada toko buah, Deket sama tempat jual bandeng, overal puas, kurangnya cuma satu kamar mandinya agak licin, jadi perlu hati2.

The room condition is quite comfortable and spacious. But the quality of the TV channel is not good. Besides that, the employees are very friendly, full of smiles and very helpful. And it is highly recommended for those who want to stay here because of the strategic location and in my opinion on the 7th floor the city view was beautiful.

For rate 3 star hotel, amenities in bathroom is very low. You couldn't get liquid soap, only soap for wash bowl. It's shameful!

This hotel have a very nice location. Close to Simpang Lima and near lots of gift shops. The room is cozy and clean, and so is the bathroom. The food is okay, mostly breakfast consists of local cuisine. The restaurant is a little bit too small when the hotel is fully booked, it is very busy and cramped and the refill didn't go out soon enough. Limited parking space, but they have valet service, but bare in mind that your vehicle might be parked on the side of the road, so make sure you don't leave any precious belongings inside the car.

View from bedroom very nice, you can see Simpang Lima from here. The staff is very nice & polite, the location is very near to Simpang Lima, you can walk from this hotel about 5-10 minutes.
