Perlu diperbaiki lagi sistem sirkulasi udara, terdapat bau rokok yang kuat pada kamar tidur khususnya kamar mandi. Untuk kamar mandinya, kloset dan wastafel sudah kuning, sehingga kurang nyaman. Untuk menu sarapan, disarankan untuk juga menyajikan masakan daerah agar tidak monoton. Saya datang 10 menit dari jam mulai sarapan, saat itu belum ada tamu lain, tapi kami sudah dipersilakan untuk sarapan. Terdapat alat pemanggang roti yang belum siap digunakan, saya masih harus mencari dulu cara menyalakannya, tidak ada petugas yang stand by di ruang makan. Makanan belum semuanya disajikan.

I booked it for my cousin, he said it was a nice experience and comfortable place to stay at Garut. Breakfast was great. Overall a good place to stay. Thankyou.

This hotel is one of the best business hotel in Garut. Maybe they can improve a little bit for taste and menu for breakfast. But others are perfect.

Accommodation wise, it was a good sized room with a view of the mountains over the roof tops. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Furnishings were adequate, though I would have liked a writing desk height table top for working on my laptop. Staff were polite and accomodating. Wished the front desk staff understood English. All in all a pretty satisfying stay experience.
