Reception, customer service part, is very good.
The room is well suited the price and class as well as the hotel. Environment is quiet, safe and comfortable for vacation time.

The hotel is conveniently located near to Kartika Sari Kebon Kawung, Bolu Bakar Tunggal, Siomay & Batagor Sukajadi, Mie bakso Kejaksaan, and Lawson. You can find lots food stall outside the hotel at night. The room and bathroom is clean. Somehow I cannot find the bath soap, I only find the shampoo. The breakfast menu are limited, but it taste good. We have to ask the restaurant staff for egg menu, and they will cook it for your. The fried kwetiauw is the highlight!

I enjoyed stay in this hotel, but I hope it can be free from the smoke. I didn't like when the smoke smells in the lobby, lift, and in front of my room, it makes me sick. But it has a good service and good location, the room is also good and clean enough.

The location is very precise in the middle of the culinary center, the distance from the station to the hotel is about a 10-minute walk, check-in and check-out are fast, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The taste of breakfast dishes needs to be enhanced by the flavor of the kitchen spices. Recommended family hotel and business trip. Thank you, Traveloka.

The hotel location is great, nearby Bandung station and paskal 23 shopping center. Amenities such as convenience stores are also available within walking distance. The room itself was great. It was simple but clean (which is the essence of good accommodations) and the bed was comfortable. Most importantly they provide water dispensers; Which is essential for travelers. The only downside was the parking space. It is very cramped, so when full, the entrance will be blocked by cars. The motorcycle parking was not better, I cannot go in/out without lifting the motorbike by hand as there's almost no room for maneuver. I understand this is a design flaw that should be addressed in the project phase and not by the hotel operational management, but hopefully they can find a better solution.
