Very pleasant and convenience room and bath room with competitive price. Located very close to the Telogorejo hospital, food stalls and shopping malls. Would be great if an exhaust fan is installed in the bath room.

Ini pengalaman pertama menginap di semarang dan dadakan. Hotel ini sangat strategis. Terletak di pusat kota. Simpang lama. Hotel bersebelahan dgn mall. Dan dekat sekali dengan pusat kuliner malang semarang. Untuk room. Recommend yg new ya. Harga bersahabat dan sudah trdapat bathtub. Fasilitas kamar lengkap. Ada sofanya. Untuk sarapan sangat lengkap sekali dsna banyak plihan. Hanya saja proses refill makanan yg sangat lama. Proses check in cepat. Dan nanti mobil diparkir valet sebagai fasilitas hotel. Karena area parkir yg sempit. Senang sekali menginap disana.

The location of the hotel is good, walking distance to the center of Semarang. The staff are nice and helpful. The rest is not worth a 4 star hotels. The carpeting in the hotel corridors needs some attention, worn here and there. The interior is old-fashioned, worn lampshades, dirty ventilation grille, large rust spot in the mirror in the bathroom, stains on the bed covers, worn towels. I don't know how old the towels are, maybe that old of the hotel itself. Taking a shower is a disaster, after every shower the water comes out of the corners of a short dirty brown shower curtain on the bathroom floor. If you are not careful when walking over it from the bathtub, you can easily slip, an ugly fall, with consequences. Asked at reception if they had a squeegee and of course they didn't. They are going to find a solution for you, well, what solution. The solution is simple, demolish and renovate the bathroom. Spoken to the cleaner, apparently this problem applies to all rooms. Dangerous undertaking after showering. And the only small window in the room, corner room, in my experience has never been cleaned on the outside, it's dirty as hell. We left a day earlier to another hotel, also a 4 star hotel in Semarang, a world of difference. I don't know how they run and maintain the hotel, at least no 4 star hotel is not worth it. Just google what other people's experience is about the hotel, apparently someone already had the same experience in 2016. In short, they have done nothing about all those complaints all these years. A missed opportunity. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, but hey. You're who I am. But if you pay you should also get what they promise.

Overall oke, makanan enak dan pilihan lumayan bervariasi, bersih, pelayanan baik dan ramah, kamar nyaman dan bersih, cuma memang terlihat hotel tua karena ada beberapa perabotan yg bunyi kayu dan tub nya sudah ada yg mengelupas, pool dan gym lumayan, rooftop dipagari cukup tinggi jadi tidak bisa melihat pemandangan kota malam. Bagi yang mencari pengalaman modern sepertinya kurang cocok, tapi bagi yg mencari hotel klasik bisa jadi pilihan.

Breakfast is great. Room is decent. City view is awesome. There are repair marks on bathtub floor which is a little disturbing, But the hot water is excellent. Overall I'm satisfied with the service at this hotel.

There are so many Cockroach inside the bathroom. Bedroom also too small for family, parking area very narrow.

There is no telephone in my room on the 11th floor although I booked at the Suite, use Whatsapp asking about crombolini but a very slow response just worried if an emergency situation happened how would we call. The Minibar did not work properly (Hot). Someone sent some food to my room but did not get any courtesy (cause there is no telephone in my room. Maybe) until the food was cold and only kept at reception.
