Gatel2 pas saya tidur di kamar 08 banyak kutu nya yang lain enak tidur saya malah tidak bisa tidur gatal2 walaupun sudah di bersihkan oleh staff hotel tapi masih belum bersih sangat di sayangkan sekali. Seharusnya saya dapet kompensasi nih dari hotel nya. Kecewa next gak akan saya kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Hotel ini berlokasi dekat dengan rancaupas (yaa adalah sekitar 30 menitan kurleb kalo ga macet), jadi vibesnya sejuk. Dapet kamar kayanya bangunan baru dengan view ke arah jalan yg keliatan gunungnya karna di lantai 3, ada lift juga. Kamar bersih, ada balkon/teras, air panas jg ada meskipun nyalanya agak nungguin dulu, kolam renang airnya dingin ya bukan yg air hangat, ada mini playground jg buat bocah, tp syg bawahnya kek tanah gitu jd kalo abis ujan becek bgt tanah. Sekitar hotel banyak yg jual makanan. Minusnya, sempat lama banget nunggu check in sampe sejam padahal dari awal cuma dibilang disuruh nunggu 15 menit wkwk sampe menit ke 50 juga bilangnya 15 menit lg gimana ga ngomel2 wkwkwk makanan juga kurang variatif cuma roti sama nasgor tok, ada lah dessert dua macem. Staff ramah & responsif, komplen/tanya2 by WA dijawab lumayan cepat.
