I choose the hotel because it was the cheapest one. The service were good, they were kind. I got a glass of sweet warm tea every morning. The location was strategic, very close to both Gadjah Mada University and the city (Kotabaru) and while they don't serve breakfast, there were a lot of food stall and restaurant around the hotel. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. However, if you choose to stay in this hotel, you have to prepare your mental. It used squat toilet, no shower (but we got bucket to be filled with water), and the windows were so fragile. The TV didn't work. Basically, it was a nice hotel to sleep over but do not expect more features from them.
