The housekeeping staff was incredibly accommodating and eager to assist us with our room adjustment upon our arrival. During meal times, the staff members in charge were knowledgeable and consistently present to cater to our needs.

A very nice hotel close to the Batam Center ferry terminal and also a shopping mall. Very comfortable room with a nice view overlooking the sea. The breakfast was great at 11th floor and a variety of menus are available. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Batam.
