A very welcoming & pleasant stay during Ramadhan. A clean room with enough amenities & great service from the staff. Their Iftar menu is extensive, and the Sahoor menu was delicious.

We were staying there whilst transitioning moving to our new house in BSD. Gotta say some aspects were not as good as expected, but still tolerable considering the pandemic. Cleanliness & tidiness can be much improved. The thing that exceeded our expectation was the attitude & helpfulness of all hotel staff. In this season of pandemic & fasting month, they were very friendly, so quick to help & always asked if there was anything else they could help.

Me and my husband have been staying in this hotel too many times π and this is our fave hotel to go. Our house near the area still on renovation, and since we are living in different city, eveytime we need to check on the renovation progress, we will stay and book in this hotel. Overall service is great, very clean, and the food taste the best compare to other Hotels ππvery recommended!!

Overall was really good place to stay, the food, the staffs and the ambiance were really good. Really satisfied with the service and I will be back. Need to improve: At night, I heard the room next door like moving the chairs or so, so if the room service cleaning the room please do not do at night. Need to improve: the wifi connection really unstable.

Located inside ice BSD so it 's a walking distance to hall 10 for disney on ice. The casts also stay here so we met them at the hotel restaurant π.

The location is good. I could do morning walk and feel the fresh air. Food is good because the hotel has many choices of food with good taste. The desk lamp is bad, it may need replacement. Parking space is OK.
