Old hotel but still comfort to stay for business trip.

The Room was tidy and clean however due to there 's seafood restaurant below the hotel made the smell and smoke which contains seafood went up to the room made some of my clothes were smell fishy. Other than that were okay.

Smell from outside food is very disturb.

I must say that my experience fell far below my expectations, even considering it is a 3-star hotel. There were two significant issues during my stay that were simply unacceptable. First, the security concern I encountered was distressing. The door to my room could be easily opened by anyone without the need for a key/card. This lack of proper locking mechanism was a major flaw, as it compromised the safety of my belongings. I found it necessary to carry all of my valuable items with me whenever I left the hotel. I brought this issue to the staff, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem. Ensuring the security and privacy of guests should be a top priority, and it was disheartening to see that the hotel failed in this regard. The second issue that greatly affected my experience was the malfunctioning air conditioning system. Despite the staff 's attempts to address the problem by checking the freon several times, there was no improvement. The AC was unable to provide adequate cooling, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. I understand that different hotels may have varying standards, but the cooling capacity of the AC at Vio Hotel Cimanuk was noticeably inferior. In fact, even my car 's air conditioning system was more effective in maintaining a cool temperature. All in all, I paid for 725k and it did not justify the quality of service and amenities provided. While I acknowledge that it is a budget-friendly establishment, there are certain basic standards that should be met.

Very old building, uncomfortable bed and rickety furniture. Booked deluxe twin bed but only get 1 pair of sandals and bath kit. AC unit desperately need service. For the asked price of 550k I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Good location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the sheet, bathroom towels need to be replaced, the. Color is no longer white.

Nice hotel with very strategic location, especially when you are looking for culinary experiences.
