Check-in process take up to 25 minutes, hot water didn't work at night for 2 nights (the hotel said because of maintenance 🤔).

It was my second time stay at Zenith, first time (last year), they said they had a problem with the water heater, so yesterday I tried my luck, the water heater problem still there. My body is too tired to showering with cold water.

The room is too noisy with bathroom expos fan and room next door can hear the noise as well. Standard should be 2 star hotel instead of 3 star.

I am really disappointed by this hotel. Very slow response in receptionis. Small room. Very dirty towel. Bad Water. Very noisy situation. Bad electricity. Very bad air conditioned. Basically, worst quality of service and facility. I am really not recommended this hotel to every one. Advertisement on the app is not real in this hotel.
