Always love to staying at House Sangkuriang whenever my family go to Bandung for short vacation. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Pak Wandi who help us to fulfil our request and the security who wash my car even we don't ask for him to do it. And the location is great, ohya every room had a little balcony, enough for you to feel the fresh air and having a good air circulation. The bad side is not from the hotel, but from the other guest sitting around the pool or breakfast near pool with many kids or even babies enjoying their swimming time but the adult/other guests is smoking. Make the air quality become worst and full of smoke and not good for the kids or even people who have allergic with smoke. Maybe hotel can make a suggestion or rules for the guest not to smoking near pool area? (No Smoking Area in public area)

Had such a great time here, honestly. Comfy room with a balcony and a city view. Has a lots of nearby attraction and close to a lot of resto, coffee, etc. within walking distance. But a bit of the downside was the breakfast, it was ala carte with only 3 option - and we have to choose one (but maybe it's because of the pandemic).

Overall the stay was good, the room clean and nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the ambience was great, and the location also strategic. Bu there 's some notes to be improved: the AC not cool enough, like sometimes its cold but sometimes it can get hot in the room; The hairdryer seems to have time settings which makes it automatically turned off after being used for around 2-4 mins, very hard to use because there 's downtime and I need to wait another 2-4 mins for it to be able to be used again; The food for breakfast also need more attention on its variety and taste, my favorite was the porridge.

Berisik, suara knalpot motor kebut kebutan sepanjang malam sampai pagi, padahal sudah minta kamar yg tidak berisik. Staff reception tidak sensitif memilihkan kamar yg baik. Sorenya juga ada event dangdutan terdengar sampai kamar. Parkir terbatas, kamar OK tp karena tidak bisa tidur merusak segalanya. Sorry bad rate.

Rather old accommodation but I assure you that this place have this lovely ambience. Wooden accent and bit of modern taste in the furniture was a brilliant idea. The staff were helpful and the breakfast foods choices were quite deli. What is the best feature from this hotel? The location is perfect.

This was our first stay on Sangkuriang, we had easy late check in procedure. Breakfast OK, not so various. Room's spacious and clean. My complaint about the smelly bathroom was followed up quickly. My daughter love swimming here, pool is nice and clean. Definitely will revisit next time. Really worth the price. Thank you House!
