One of the best hotel in town, the service is good and also the air conditioner is cold. Overall, it 's good and of course they have Ahyat Abalone there, the best dimsum in town.

Hotel nya cukup megah, walau bukan hotel baru, namun terlihat bahwa hotel nya bersih, kamar juga bersih. Cukup mewah untuk hotel bintang 4, area hotel sangat luas, sangat asri, penilaian cukup, blm istimewa.

I requested for borrow spoon and fork because I buy take outs food. I called them since 10 PM and they said they will send to us. Until 30 minute, and 1 hour I try to call twice and again said they will send to us. But until I eat with my bare hand and we slept through the night I never got any of spoon and fork and apologies from the hotel. So. I don't know its because of they have full occupancy or just because we call the service in the night time so they just don't want to send us what we need? But with the full occupancy is it how you treat your customer right?

It ' s peak season so the restaurant have to set new place for breakfast. It makes less excited for the breakfast because the menu is limited 😬 but overall we love staying here 🥰.

Had a nice stay, but there are some minor issues with the room. I got a room on the 22nd floor which meant that I had to take the lift to floor 21 and then go up the stairs. It 's okay, but then the sink was clogged. It was quickly resolved and the technician informed me that it was missing the filter. The decorative line on the bed was a bit lose. Overall it was a nice stay and the staffs were helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast!
