Karang Sari Hotel

Kamar bersih, pelayanan baik, dari luar seperti kecil dalamnya ternyata luas sekali.

Hotel yang OK tapi bukan yang excellent, renovasi yang bagus lebih modern secara tampilan, kebersihan baik, untuk ac lebih ditingkatkan lagi maintenancenya, untuk kedepannya diharapkan ada air panas untuk mandi karena saya bawa anak. Sarapan kurang variasi dan kurang durasi waktu sarapan hanya 2 jam. Tolong lebih ditingkatkan service dan fasilitas lagi sesuai dengan harga.

Overall is great and worth the price. It would be nice if there are more than 2 shirt hangers:).

Staycation here was superb, rented a unit of bungalow with 2 bedroom, near to restauran, hotel is facing to sea view, need to upgrade air conditioner in the living room.

I really enjoy staying in karang sari hotel. It ' s very clean. Would definitely stay here again soon. Thank you.

It's hard to get here you with extra challenge, once I got here, suddenly there's wedding ceremony, without questioning he guided me to tawaf the hotel to get parking, I shout at him I was the guest of the hotel, not wedding and he put me near the check in, I checked in and the receptionist not info me the wifi magic word, I said to her my room should included wifi right? She wrote the password with poker face, same when she guided me how to get to the garbage beach (this is not beach, we can call it Pulo Gebang water garbage), by passed the warung and extreme stairs with extra ants and bushes (damn you if you don't have access to guide your guest through this hell alley), after that I went to the room by walking and the security said will informed me if there's parking space near my room (the news never came), I was shocked to see the swimming pool, how come the wedding guest can access with shoes, not sandals hotel? And extra fallen mangoes (I wish I never get one of it), no towel and the staff said with confusing explanation. Overall I am not satisfied with this hotel, why the search results tagged me to this hotel and who has gave high rating here? Are you hotel parties? Thank you for ruineing my holiday. At night in weekend noisy sounds from above and there's Kebaktian above my room. Breakfast in weekend more chaos, you need to get up early since people will come by group like war, not sure how your staff to manage people who eat paid and unpaid, I heard people came said not eat, just company guest but he/she walk into the restaurant (did your staff watch them? I am guesting these people eat for free), others hotel manage properly and ensure all the guest no need to wait to get the food and no queue.
