Biasanya enak, nginep kali ini zonk bgt. Handuk masih lembab, bau, tidak diganti yg baru. Masih bekas org, duh nyium baunya aja mual. Sabun/shampo hbs, nggak diisi. Bantal jg masih bau. Nggak taulah SOP bersihin kmrnya gimana. Belum lagi ac nya yg suhu paling rendah aja nggak dingin, macem pake kipas angin aja. Dahlah kapok.

Spacious, super clean, complete amenities, but unfortunately the wifi and the TV didn't work the first night I stayed

Good place, strategic place, near Gambir station. But, unfortunately just get one key card room. I need ask multiple times to front desk staff to get tap key elevator to get up to my room. Or I must go down to lobby with my husband and my son together, just for take my delivery order multiple times. It 's not efficient at all. My husband and my son just slept, I need knocking the door just for get in to room. That 's disturbing. Sometime the front desk staff nice, sometimes rude, I don't know. Sometimes make me uncomfortable. But, room service staff 's so nice! Friendly! Good service! Thumbs up for room service staff 's!
