Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.

Helpful staffs especially upon check in early in the morning. Also special mention to front office staff, Akbar. Very polite and good service. Anyway, great stay and good location. Near hospital and mall as well as Bekasi timur toll gate.

Staff hotel sangat baik dan ramah, fasilitas sangat bagus, kamar tidur yang unik karena ada kipas angin dan ac serta toilet bagus juga bersih hanya saja ac kurang dingin untung saja ada kipas angin dan kanal TV hanya tersedia beberapa saja juga kurang jernih sinyal nya, untuk sarapan rasa nya enak tapi tersedia sedikit saja variasi nya.

I think the quality matches the cost listed. Free water on the dispenser outside your room. The bed is comfy and close to a mall in case you want to buy things outside.

Please HK more communication with ENG regarding the room condition before room is ready to sell, Certain lamps is no electrical then move to other 2nd room but also no electrical power at the lamp but different area/Light position then move to the 3rd room. Anyway the person who handle me move to another room is security staff and need more lumens. For the light.
