Novotel Bandung

One of my favorite hotels in bandung.

Overall the hotel is good. Strategic location & access. The services are good. The Foods are quite good but lack of variations. The hotel is quite old but still convenient. For the Tips, the room's light can be changed with the warm white light to make more convenient & cool, also the bathroom light to make the whole room looks nicer not old-school

Hotel nya nyaman dan dekat dengan stasiun jadi gampang untuk transit.

Pengalaman menginap di Hotel Novotel Bandung terganggu dengan perlakuan staff di restorant. Saat saya mencoba memasuki restoran untuk menggunakan area merokok yang hanya tersedia di restoran, saya mendapat teguran dari staff restoran karena mereka melihat saya membawa tas plastik berisi belanjaan. Saya merasa tidak nyaman dengan perlakuan ini. Kepada manajemen hotel, saya ingin menyarankan agar disediakan area merokok yang tidak berada di area restoran. Hal ini akan membantu meningkatkan pengalaman para tamu yang ingin merokok tanpa harus mengalami ketidaknyamanan seperti yang saya alami. Terima kasih.

I got a room that had what I requested, the staff were great and fast, and the dispenser-in-the-hallway thing was still a thing so that was great.

We had the most pleasant stay at this hotel. Good hotel and good location.

An old hotel near city center area. Room is clean, service is good since it is novotel brand name. Didn't try the food since it is not worthy to pay for food since it will be so so.

A great experience from the beginning until the end, nice location, near to many attractions in bandung, big parking space, easy to check in and check out. The staffs are very helpful, we ask an extra towel for our kid and they delivered it so fast. The room is clean and nice. They still use the bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast is so so, a lot variety of foods. The swimming pool quite small. But overall it 's a nice place to stay. We are small family with an 8 years old daughter.
