Bagus banget, staff ramah, hotel bersih, kamar juga sangat nyaman dan bagus … saran saya cuman TV nya kalau bisa jadiin smart TV biar bisa akses netflix/youtube/dll. Dan akses kamar tolong di kasih 2 biar kalau mau turun ambil paket/makanan pas mau naik ga perlu minta bantuan staff terus untuk akses ke kamar.

First time stay @Nuanza hotel, its a great hotel with all facility. Worth it. Just little advice, maybe can more improve for check in time 14.00 guest in the room, not 14.00 starting time guest register to receptionist. Thank you.

Overall facility and service di hotel ini bagus banget. Ini kali pertama staycation disini. Padahal udah beberapa kali iftar di restaurant nya. Jarak hotel ini tuh deket sama rumah kita, jadi untuk perjalanan sebenernya kurang jauh sih hehehe. Tp hotel akan jd salah satu favorite hotel buat staycation kita. Sukses nya hotel nuanza.

It was great new hotel building and kids friendly: 1. Facility is perfect and complete: huge outdoor infinity pool + jacuzzi, kids club every sun, animals feeding evey sun, cold/hot tube + sauna, spa+jacuzzi, complete and spacious gym, 2 additional restaurants if you want to have options for lunch/dinner. 2. Room is spacious, clean and complete set of amenities and the bed is comfy. 3. Lobby and parking was spacious, luxury. 4. Breakfast is tasty and many variety of food (indonesian food + jajanan pasar, sushi roll, dimsum, hot noodle soup, bread+cakes, good coffee machine, you can also ask for fried rice/noodle/kwetiaw and they will freshly made it for you. 5. Separate mushala for praying. Only the location was not great because of the traffic however it 's near city center. It used to be 5stars hotel that 's why it 's very nice. Definetely will come back.

Secara umum, hotelnya oke sih. Berikut review plus dan minus selama 3 hari 2 malam di hotelnya, kamarnya tipe Junior Suite. Plus: 1. Makanannya memiliki banyak variasi, dan ada Live Cooking. 2. Kolam Renangnya tipe infinity pool, dan viewnya keren, dpt moment pas Whoosh lewat dan direkam posisi sdg di infinity Pool. 3. Salah satu point lagi adalah adanya Open Jacuzzi sebelah infinity poolnya, ini menambah daya tarik, disamping pada saat berkunjung cuaca kurang bersahabat, kolam dingin, namun dgn adanya jacuzzi, jdi bisa berendam di air hangat. Keluarga jdi betah lama2 dijacuzzinya. 4. Utk Front Office, sy apresiasi dgn Valet Parkingnya, dan Petugasnya sangat Ramah baik ketika Valet Hari 1 dan Hari 2, bahkan pada saat check out juga ramah. 5. Petugas Cleaning atau Housekeepingnya juga Top Markotop Pelayanannya selama kami menginap. Orgnya asik diajak bertukar pikiran sambil dia kerja, dan kerja ya jg cepat dan bersih. 6. Petugas Front Office pas check out juga ramah, dan proses check out cpt dan tidak bertele tele. Setelah review Plus, skrg minusnya. Minus/Kekurangannya: 1. Lokasi hotelnya kurang strategis untuk dicapai, walaupun posisi menghadap toll, cuma agak butuh effort utk menemukannya. 2. Jalan masuk ke dalam hotelnya juga lumayan berputar dari pintu masuk parkiran, dan klo ga teliti bisa salah masuk ke Snooze Hotel Transit. 3. Petugas pada saat check in sptnya lagi banyak masalah, shg first impression sy agak gimana gitu, ga ada ramah2nya. 4. Untuk kamar sekelah Junior Suite diluar ekspektasi saya, krn mirip kyk kamar deluxe atau premier, mungkin bisa direview kembali perihal ukuran kamarnya, krn namanya Junior Suite pastinya ada fasilitas berbeda dibandingkan Deluxe atau Premier Room. 5. Live Cookingnya Lambat Banget. Pesanan sy lebih 15 menit bahkan brekfast 1 itu nunggu sampai 25 menit, hampir sama dgn Order phd take Away hehehe. Order breakfast 2 tidak jadi dinikmati krn udh 30 menit ga datang2, shg diputuskan ya ditinggal saja.
