Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD

Lokasi hotelnya " bintang 7 ", akses sangat mudah ke mana2, within walking distance ke Mall2 andalan Jakarta, Sarinah, dan bisa jogging pagi ke Monas atau tinggal selangkah ke area carfree day. Breakfastnya luar biasa sayangnya saya kecewa berat dan tidak umum karena free itu hanya 1 pax per kamar jadi HATI2 kalau anda memesan dengan breakfast cek dan tanya kembali pada hotel karena harga kamar jatuhnya mahal luar biasa. Selain lokasi yang bintang 7, Pullman perlu upgrade kualitas interior lobby lantai 1 dan 2 yang menurut saya tidak membuat saya terkesan bahwa ini hotel bintang 5 under accor group dan perlu maintenenace pada area kolam renang yang mana keramik sudah lepas2 dan perlu ekstra perhatian pada bagian bagian2 yang bisa membuat pengunjung terluka karena ujung keramik yang tajam karena terkelupas. Mohon menambah scent yang baik (pengharum ruangan) pada kamar2 anda karena kamar kami seperti bau karpet tidak kering apalagi Pullman kelas hotel bintang 5.

Room very compact, the bathroom also small. Its hard to shower on bathtub when you are tall. I would prefer stay at Pullman Central Park.

Awsome nice stay cations at Pullman Hotel. Always stay the hotel!

Relatively poor service for a 5-star name brand. Staff refused to help deliver items to our room, despite us telling them they'd be tipped. This is fine, but they went on to say they're not allowed to because of hotel policies (?) The room was quite big but old and dirty. There was built up dust behind the bed and on the window sills, the trash cans weren't layered with anything which left stains, the TVs and phones were outdated, one of our bedside lamps didn't turn on, and the flush would occasionally stop working. Was excited for my first stay in this legendary hotel, but was unfortunately disappointed. I'd recommend staying in other 5-star hotels (unless you're a VIP, where it seems like the staff give preferential treatment to).

The location was great and strategic. The place was great and various choices for breakfast.

The rooms are very tinny and cramped and old. Definitely not a 5 star hotel room! Feels more like trying to sleep in a broom closet. There are much much nicer hotels right across the street that are in the same price range. Pullman Never again!

I stayed at Pullman for its strategic location, around Bundaran HI. Stayed in a room with city view (Halte Bundaran HI), it was a nice and different experience as I expected. Breakfast was also nice with various different choices of cuisines: western, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian and few others.

Good service banget! Recomended.

The room is clean, and the staff is nice.
