This hotel provides excellent fundamental needs, such as cleanliness, spacious room, and adequate facilities. However, the water heater in restroom didn't work well, so my family and I needed to bear the cold water in the morning, amid Garut's cold temperature.

The room has no air conditioner. I cannot stay in this room because not comfortable. No parking area. The price of room too expensive.

This hotels staff is friendly and kindly. But area parking so small it's hard if we want to go out side with car because we must waiting the other car moving to the other side. Also facility every room is different. They don't have air conditioner only fan.
