- Pintu kamar mandi rusak.- ga ada sambutan di depan hotel (secara service dibawah rata2 hotel bintang 4 lainnya dijambi)- kartu akses kamar berulang2 rusak.- ac tidak dingin (waktu diinfo staff hotel lgsg perbaiki, ternyata ac nya kotor sekali)- bath up tidak dapat digunakan (rusak πŸ˜‚)-tlp ke room service tidak pernah diangkat.+ sarapannya enak.+ staff diresto ramah.+ suasana hotel menyenangkan.+ suasana kamar nyaman. Hotelnya bagus sebenrnya, cuma sangat kurang maintenance dan staff kurang ramah beda dgn hotel bintang 4 lain. Semoga ini menjadi masukan positif bag management dan segera diperbaiki. Next kalo berkesempatan menginap dsni lagi semoga sudah lebih baik lagi. Terimakasih.

Check in process need improvement, the receptionist only 1 person in charge, waiting about 1 hour and no queque system, facility some need maintenance such toilet, the odor not well, but the evironment nice for staycation.
