Overall service is good, but several notes: 1. Breakfast time is disaster. I went to restaurant for breakfast around 08am, but nothing is ready except water and juice. In the end I waited for 30 minutes until I could eat my breakfast. (Not just me) 2. No soap in my bathroom, Asked the room service and they delivered a bar soap and all purpose soap. Room service told me that soap dispenser is broken. Please, soap is essential, prepare it next time. 3. My stay was on Ramadhan, It 's okay to played some musik religi. Please check if the speaker is in right volume, on my stay it was too loud (hard to took a nap). 4. Blanket, I booked 2 room for 4 pax. Blanket was too too too small. Sad. Hope you can make it better next time, Jiayou!

Tried to stay for the second time, but it was beyond expectations. My goal was to come and visit again to feel more comfort but actually expect saya terlalu berlebih. I'll allow to mention the details in this review column: 1. Staff Reception kurang ramah dan senyum. 2. Visit sebelumya tidak ada deposit uang, 3. Kamar mandi Tidak tersedia sabun dan shampo. Sehingga harus telfon dulu untuk req. 4. Slow respon untuk angkat telpon. 5. Kantong laundry plis jangan pake kresek Hitam. I don't even know yaa mungkin mas mbanya lagi capek atau harus on duty pas hari raya tapi sebaiknya try to be better aja untuk pelayanan, karena orang datang kedua kali bahkan lebih karena loyal dan integritas hotel yang dikunjungi. Karena endingnya saya merasa tidak nyaman dan saya memutuskan untuk CO malam itu juga, tidak menunggu sampai besok. Mungkin ke depannya bisa dijadikan acuan, be better n being kind smile to generous compassion n respect to each other. Sekedar Honest review ya. For better ke depannya:).
