Only 1 card key was given per room while 2 persons staying so our activities were restricted. We asked for 2 keys but they have such regulation which we don't understand the real reason. Air condition was not cold so we had to wait for maintenance to fix the outdoor, they should check regularly and have a proper SOP.

Dateng kesini sama family & bayi. Nyesel bgt staycation disini. Akan jadi pengalaman pertama & terakhir. Crowded dari awal masuk mobil, lobby sampai diparkiran. Satpamnya ga bantu sama sekali cuma bisa bilang parkirannya penuh. Muter parkiran sampe 3x. Kamarnya udah ga layak dengan budget segitu banyak hotel juga yang kualitasnya baik. Kotor, banyak sisa rambut tamu sebelumnya. Kaca dikamar udah ga layak untuk tamu & masih banyak hal lainnya sampe mikir untuk langsung tidur aja karena ga happy sama sekali. Harapan terakhir tinggal besok paginya, breakfast di restaurant yang sudah include dari pemesanan. Ternyata banyak penyelundup yang pakai nomor kamar untuk breakfastnya, jadi saat Saya datang ke restaurant katanya tamu dari kamar Saya sudah ada yang makan. Padahal kita baru aja dateng ke restonya. Aneh & yang lebih aneh makanannya banyak yang kosong. Nunggu refill sangat lama & rasa makanan ga enak. Ckckck ampun. Weekend mau healing malah pusing!

Worth it banget sih untuk hotel nya, family friendly, bersih, wangi, pelayan oke, jempol utk hotel Swiss belcourt Bogor. Thanks juga utk receptionist nya mba Alvia (kalau ga salah) mba nya very helpfully bgt.

The room indicator flash for brooming and cleaning should be repaired. I had switched on the room-repairing, but nothing cleaning my room, maybe you could use a sign instead for the room service.

I prefer Swissbel-Hotel than this place. No offense but the room is not clean, you can find stains everywhere, it 's not clean. However, the service is outstanding! They are so nice and fast respond.
