Kamar pertama yang diberikan ke saya, dengan lock pintu yang rusak, jadi saya bisa masuk begitu saja. Diatas bed ada noda, kemudian saya turun ke bawah minta ganti kamar dibilang tidak ada kecuali mau di downgrade. Tetapi setelah saya marah akhirnya diberikan kamar kedua, yang buktinya ada digambar diatas, bed sheetnya sobek dan ada noda kotor. Masuk ke kamar ketiga, saya cek kondisi bedsheets pun sama dan saya bilang apa ini standard hotel disini, memang bedsheet kotor atau tidak ganti. Akhirnya saya keluar dulu dan berikan kunci, saya kembali 4 jam kemudian, diberikan dikamar kedua, hasilnya bed sheetnya bersih. Intinya. Hotel ini jorok, low maintenance, bad customer service, bad management.

Tidak sesuai foto waktu booking, sangat jelek sekali. Makanannya biasa bgt, kamar bau bgt, dan sprt berdebu. Mahal utk keadaan kamar seperti ini. Saya tidak akan pernah kesini lg

Kamarnya sebenarnya lumayan nyaman tapi kebersihan kurang dan banyak debu. AC sepertinya kurang dibersihkan akibatnya anak sy kambuh alerginya. Pintu shower agak turun jadi sulit utk ditutup padahal full kaca, jadi ngeri. Resepsionis kurang ramah.

Kata receiptionist, karena yg nginep dikit jd breakfast di antar ke kamar. Makanan ga sesuai sm foto yg ditunjukin receiptionistnya. Dingin dan ga ada rasanya. Kebersihan lumayan tp byk kerak2 noda terutama di kamar mandi. Kamar ga dingin, AC ga berasa. Banyak nyamuk juga.

Pertama sampai lobby panas baru kali ini ke hotel lobbynya panas. Sampe kamar nyalakan TV LCD nya rusak LOLπ€£π€£. Makanan sahur akan diantar jam 3 sesuai request tp baru dianter 3:48. Ada nasi goreng 1 piring dengan kerupuk a lot, omlet 1 dan kentang 2 iris (semua dlm keadaan anyep) ga ada anget2 nya π
dan 2 sereal serta buah. Sedangkan saya berdua dengan suami kita cuma dpt 1 nasi goreng π
pas tanya katanya itu sudah paketan 2 org. Yah pedahal kalau breakfast bisa makan nasi 2 orang π€£ jd deh sahur sereal 1 org π. Mau bikin air hangat kotor banget tekonya. Cape banget ππ

The room quite spacious, bed is comfy, the room and hotel is clean, the service is fast and helpful, me and my kid love the bathtub, the hotel interior is amazing. The only reason why I can't give 5 star is because the breakfast was terrible. I try 2 days breakfast. The omelette and porridge is plain. Not even have a little taste. The fried noodle is super salty oh my God, and the rest of the menus is not even better than street food. I'm a little bit struggling give my kid breakfast cause she didn't like it for the first time ever since I'm staycation in many hotel. I'm sorry but this is dissapointing. Many street food cooking better than the chef. But I give applause to all fruits they present. Fresh and different than most hotel I've ever come. Maybe I will book the room again without breakfast.
