Room size and views are great.
Staff very friendly, food in all restaurant were good, we like it, someday I’ll be back again this hotel, if you’re Muslim it's better you choose this hotel because very near this hotel behind the hotel mosque al-fallah and than you turn left from hotel about 150m you can find the mosque Ar-rahman... thank you so much Premeire.

Breakfast was above average. I appreciate that breakfast buffet was replenished even before it ran out. Though the dining area was busy, the place was roomy enough and comfy to eat. The pool was OK, it has a mini waterslide. The best thing was they got sauna and the changing/shower area was big and clean. Toiletries were provided and there was a water dispenser too!

Room is perfect and clean with an excellent view to the city of Pekanbaru. It was a surprise, that the unit divided into two rooms, the bedroom and the living room. And it ' s BIG 😀. Didn't get the chance to test the breakfast, cause Pekanbaru ' s culinary is totally awesome.

Didn't particularly have a good experience staying here. The room was comfortable and most of the staff were friendly, but I didn't have a good experience at the spa/massage place. I ordered a 90 minute body and face massage, but was only given 70 minutes. When it was time to pay, they didn't accept debit cards so I was escorted to the lobby to make sure I paid. Felt like they were scared I wouldn't pay, don't understand why I can't charge it to my room first. The massage therapist wasn't friendly, she didn't greet me or say anything else and didn't give me any privacy to change clothes. The breakfast was bland with limited choices, no western choice was given.

Condition Room, service, attitude is good. Just one thing, Breakfast and food is not good. There are many foods but actually not tasty.
